How an order travels
- Verification — we confirm availability.
- Sourcing — pieces not in stock are ordered in (up to 7 business days).
- Preparation — each order is packed by hand (1–2 business days).
- Delivery — 1–2 business days within Lebanon; 4–7 business days worldwide by DHL Express, insured and tracked.

Couriers & coverage
We ship within Lebanon and worldwide. International orders are dispatched by DHL Express; in a few regions we may use TNT or another trusted courier. Every parcel is insured from our door to yours. A signature may be required on delivery. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Duties & taxes
International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are set by your local customs authority, collected by the courier on delivery, and are the recipient's responsibility. They are non-refundable.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow it.
