5.4 Pre-Order Items

Items marked as “Pre-Order” are not immediately available for shipment. Pre-Order items will be charged at the time of order placement and shipped once stock becomes available. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and subject to change.

6. Ordering Process

6.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance by Esscentum.

For Credit Card and PayPal payments, ESSCENTUM.COM may request additional verification from the bank or PayPal to confirm transaction details. This process may delay shipping. ESSCENTUM.COM also reserves the right to ship orders only to the verified billing address.

7. Payment Methods & Processing

Esscentum accepts the following payment methods:

7.2 PayPal

We accept PayPal payments. Orders paid via PayPal may only be shipped to the verified address associated with the PayPal account.

7.3 Bank Wire Transfer

For select customers and destinations, bank wire transfer may be available. If selected:

  • Payment proof must be sent within 48 hours
  • Orders are shipped after payment confirmation

9.1 Perfumes & Fragrances

Perfumes and fragrances are classified as dangerous goods for air transportation due to their alcohol content. Therefore:

  • Additional shipping restrictions may apply

  • Delivery times may be extended for perfume shipments

We comply fully with IATA and international shipping regulations.

10. Returns & Refunds
