Return & Refund Policy

Returns within 14 days

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and Esscentum covers the return shipping for every approved return.

What can be returned

  • Products that are unused and unopened, in their original condition and packaging, with seals, labels and materials intact.
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

What cannot be returned

  • Fragrances that have been opened, used or sprayed.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage or alteration after delivery.
  • Items marked Final Sale — unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Gift cards.

How to return

  1. Ask first. Email info@esscentum.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item, the reason, and photos if it is damaged. Please don't send anything back before your return is approved.
  2. Send it by DHL once approved, to:

  3. Share the tracking number in reply to your approval email, and keep your proof of shipment until the refund arrives.

Damaged, defective or incorrect

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number, a short description, and photos of the product and its packaging. We cover the return and arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Return in transit to us: 3–5 business days
  • Inspection: 1–2 business days
  • Refund processed: up to 10 business days
  • Bank processing: 2–3 business days

In total, allow 10–15 business days from the day we receive your return.

The refund covers the price of the returned product. Original shipping is refunded only when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, or where the law requires it. Duties and taxes paid on international orders may not be refundable.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the one you'd prefer.

European Union

Orders delivered to the EU carry the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies alongside this policy under the relevant consumer law.
